I use a V1 with custom Ka band sweeps for CA driving. All other bands and laser are turned off.
Otherwise I get laser alerts from the Volvo collision / city safety and K noise from other vehicles blind spot monitoring systems. It's a noisy world out there.
You may want to check out the radar detector forum. You will likely get more info there.
Acc is the radar based cruise control. Safety systems include blind spot warning and colission avoidance.
Compatable means; does not generate false positives, false alerts while remaining sensative enough to provide a usable advanced warning.
Good luck on avoiding false alerts with any detector. You will get a lot of false lasers and K band hits due to all the car safety systems now on the road.
Agreed I have not had interference from the on board systems. The issue is same as always, instant on tracking will get you so the only solution is jamming in a pinch. Haven't gone there yet. The escort is still excellent and I get no false readings.
