The rear mud flaps on the XC are too short and still allow mud to hit the car body. So are the new front ones any better? By the way, the FWD V70 and the XC have different part numbers for the rear flaps. Are they different for the front, as well? If so, will both be available in North America this year?
So how long are your new front mud flaps - just so that I can preview them while I wait for them to arrive in the USA and Canada! I suppose, like the back ones, you can have any color you want as long as it's black.
I haven't got the mudflaps, but can attest to the fact that they'd be a worthwhile investment on the XC if you plan on doing any long distance offroading.
I've done about ~130km off road driving in the past couple weeks, and noticed that the plastic sections behind each tire are pitted in a few places from flying gravel, no dings on the paint though!
I don't mind the mud, but could do without these little dings in my plastic...
I want 'em for my T5 because of all the brake dust that collects on my white paint.
I don't take my sissy little T5 anywhere there may be dust, or actual gravel.
