The C30 Sport pedal kit are aluminum slip on covers no different than probably the rubber ones on your current pedals. Pedals for manual are Volvo Part #30748859-3. I got them off ebay for around 55$, not sure if that was a good deal or not. If you are going to do this mod then I would suggest these steps for success:
1. Buy the pedal kit
2. Make a small thin template to mark the new pedals(instructions come with pedal outlines. You will need to enlarge it though approximately .25" in scale to fit.
3. Mark the clutch and brake pedal(align template onleft side of clutch, right side of brake, I might be reversed there can't seem to remember, but you will understand in the doing, this is to make sure the covers do not interfere with the metal bracket on the backside)
4. Dremel and sand edge
5. Slip on new covers and enjoy
I did not need the plastic brackets that come with the kit to make them fit snug, since I cut the pedals just right. Accelerator pedal is a perfect fit with no modifications. Kit is also available for automatics.
