I have a 2005 S40 T5. High beams will not stay on. I know there is a ton of posts about not having headlight switch in correct position. I'm 100% positive switch is in the correct position. However, High beams will not stay on when lever is released. So do I have a bad headlight switch assembly or the lever on the steering column?
My 07' XC90 high beams have quit staying on. I've found the part from a dealer (a small switch mechanism) located within the the turn signal lever in the steering column. Less than $100 cost. I will re-post with procedure to change and level of difficulty info and results after i get it in. (Posted 10/03/15)
