Do not wait for them to post photos. Call and ask then take a ride over there if you're really interested. The clean low mile ones usually sell before photos are posted.

I chatted with them last night when I saw this pop up. Logistically, it's a little difficult of a situation, I'm from Seattle (my wife actually purchased a cpo 2007 a4 avant from this dealership) but I live in Cleveland now. I've never pursued a long distance car purchase before. But hey, if it checks out, right?

So this one is back with a few more photos. It looks great, although I'd have Volans on it a minute after it was mine. And I'm sure it's a great car, but I still don't understand spending $12,000 getting a vehicle up to snuff only to sell it less than a year later.

1997 855R White - $Offer?

Dangerously high COG - Cannot Recommend.
However, if you must take a test ride: Jebus Gawd, watch out for those teeth!!

Got to test-drive a very similar 2013 P* RD in VA recently. Reminded me a lot of my E30 M3, only less refined. It would be fun to try one on the track to see if it really matched the Bimmer's performance. Driver's seat was a tad tight for a 46 jacket size.
That P1 is much more dresser than sports car. Note smaller front rotors; debadged because not awd? No M66 either. Meh.
Some guys have all the nerve - asking primo prices for salvage titles.

Jared slacking.
Yep lol; had a test in my Vibrations class this morning.....and then had to go run around all over campus trying to sort out my class registration for next semester because registration was a train wreck because of all the invisible restrictions on who can register for which classes because my school has had like 5 registrars in the last two years (I went to the registrar's office and they were like "hmm, this is odd.....you shouldn't be able to register for that class, but that's definitely not the error you should be getting"). Good thing I'm friendly with enough of my professors that I got overrides into the classes I need :D.

And also because I wasn't subscribed to the March thread until now because I forgot it was March because I was so busy with this nonsense .

Holy sh|t those are some DEALS. The Volans are worth more than the asking price on that sedan. I would be on my way to get the estate in Nashville if it was inside a day's drive from me.......run it through the NICB database (free!) and reg it in VT if it doesn't come up as stolen.

Or keep it and get a steal on a manual 850R? Very good chance it's a problem with the coil, plugs, cap/rotor, or wires.

After looking again, I think it's been in an accident. Could have been a super minor one, though.

That's 214 Dark Gray Metallic. 455 Titanium Gray Pearl didn't come out until 2003.
It does look nice, though. I'm not into those seat covers at all but I've never seen covers that fit that well before.

I was about ready to say this was a good deal until I saw that the Titans are not included......

It's going to need a new head......or just sap the whole engine.

Those are some of the most shot Nivomats I have ever seen.

Question I thought of during my accounting lecture today:
How much of a collector's appeal is there for Polestar V/S60's in the long term?

Will they be like P2R's and slowly over ~7 years drop closer to their non R models' prices? Or will the smaller production numbers and collectors appeal cause the gap between a non Polestar V/60 to be much higher than the P2Rs' gap is/was?

I'm talking just your average decent shape, like 80-110k miles car not a mint example.

Hope you can follow that lol

3k odd VRs in existence in America. About half are MT. If P* production continues I doubt that they'll have huge collectibility as there's no limit to theoretical production.

Love it. Clearcoat fail on hood, whited-out black plastic, parched seats and a missing console cover - and an engine that's had a whole bottle of ArmorAll dumped on it.
And I'd buy it in a heartbeat for a DD.
Love it how, as he has fixed things on it, the price goes down. You could probably drive it off the lot for a grand.
It is located in Roy, a little town about 50 miles south of Seattle.
Buy the car and dine at the Y! (get your mind out of the gutter, there's only room for one of us... The 'Roy Y' is a landmark highway intersection :D)

Bumper sticker screams, "YOU'RE NOT IN SEATTLE ANYMORE, LIBTARD!" Believe it, you are truly in a different universe there.
