      Mystery bolts on T6 head

I'm in the middle of pulling some parts off for the next project and came across these bolts on the side of the head (driver's side). Does anybody know what they're for? They weren't holding anything down, and the one at the bottom was even loose. It has a plastic washer of some sort on it. I'm guessing at least one of them is meant to attach a bracket for that PCV pipe (which is loose and free-floating, currently).

I found some disintegrated pieces of plastic in roughly this area when I serviced that PCV pipe that I figured were for a bracket, but I couldn't find it in any diagrams or even be certain of what it was for. The second part of my question is where can I find a replacement bracket, if there is one?

For one of these http://www.ebay.it/itm/Volvo-Spezial...-/331370339643 (so long as the link stays up, otherwise search for a Volvo PN 9997018, Lifting Lug). Why the bolts have a raised channel.

Nice! That fits what I remember. Any ideas on the third bottom one?

The referenced tool, for future reference:

Sure looks like it's standing off with a channel for a reason (just like the other two), maybe another type of lifting eye than the one I found on the web?

It's backed off like that because it's loose; the back of the head is flat like a standard bolt. I found it that way, so I was guessing that disintegrated bracket I found may have been clamped by this bolt and left the bolt loose when it fell out.
