      WTB: Amazon rear axle

I am looking for a rear axle for my '67 122s. Ideally looking for something in Colorado but would be willing to pay for shipping for the right unit.
      Thanks
      Devin

I have a complete 1800 rear axle in Arizona if you can't find one specifically for the 122. I think it would need some modification to the mounting points but I'm not positive about that.

Thanks, bkap. I don't have much confidence in my fabrication skills. Just curious, what year is the axle?

Devin, it's from a '63. I got it as a package deal with an engine and tranny I wanted. A good fab or race car shop could make the changes you'd need.

I have a couple of them in Langley, WA. One is out of a 123GT, so it is a 4.56. I'm not sure of the ratio in the other one, could be a 4.10. Which do you need? PM me if interested.

You may not be aware that the '67 and on were different axle support designs than '66 and lower. Both torque rod and support arm connections are significantly different. I went through a rebuild of my '66 rear axle last year. Used a large diffy outfit that does a lot of Jeep work (Dana 30's). If you want to trade notes on what is wrong, I may be able to give you some advice on whether a rebuild is possible/cost effective. To follow forum rules, you'd need to start a thread under the Amazon forum requesting help/input on rear axle repair/replace.
