    \r\n Installed after work today, (thanks for the info TunedXC60!) The s60 exhaust fits perfect, don\'t know why they dont list as such. Anyway, I\'ll post some pics here, and a few of my pros and cons. I trimmed the bumper cover a touch with a dremel(30 sec a side......super easy) , you can see in the pics, the white part I trimmed. The OE tips are smaller, and this way bigger tips fit right up in. Note the pics are taken lookin up, u dont usually see the white part on the ground. The muffler also slides a fair bit left and right in the hangers, so I put a hose clamp and kept it to the right, as pipe is close to gas tank, and this will also keep tips from moving as much. Install took an hr, but I do this for a living too, i\'m a dealer tech

    \r\nPros: MUCH better sound,should have sounded this way stock, at least the Rdesign.... fits great, looks great with big tips. Quality hangers

    \r\nCons: Pipe same size as stock, so I don\'t think its a great system for big power added with other mods.Lots of room, not sure why they stayed the same size. I also don\'t like design of resonator....If you look inside, its a flat wall where it goes to 1 pipe,and a quick step.... OE is straight through also, and there is a lot more space open before it transitions to the outlet. Knowing this now I would have Bought the system that started behind the resonator(viva I think?) Would be a MUCH better design if it had a nice smooth Y-pipe if front of resonator , then straight through. Muffler design looks great(pro I guess) Clamps aren\'t very good, they have no wedge where ends meet so it pinches the pipe a bit and u have a small leak, I\'m going to source some good stainless ones. Also didn\'t come with a gasket, so had to grab one from dealer....I emailed IPD but never heard back. And lastly, there is a bit of drone/noise at 60-75 mph....surprised at this, considering its mellow sounding system( sounds SO good around town). I\'m gonna try some sound deadening on the back end floor, was going to anyway, as I find road noise a little loud back there. Now this sounds like a long con list, but its not, just trying to carefully explain what I mean. I really don\'t like res. design though....may swap on OE at some time, I\'m sure its better flow. Sorry, should have took some pics of the inside of both.\r\n

    \r\n Looks good! Nice idea on the hose clamps to keep the hanger from sliding on the rubber insulators. I didn\'t have the problem with the hangers sliding until I swapped the OEM insulators for the longer aftermarket ones. Also, the IPD exhaust is supposed to come with the replacement Volvo gasket.

    \r\n If your looking for gains, or further mods down the road, maybe look at some other than viva or ipd, as they are stock size piping, and IMO is on the small size for the power these are making. Should be a min. 3in for power and good thermal management above 350hp. I didnt look into other systems as other than an intercooler, I\'m not doing anything else.\r\n
