[V70 B5234T] How much power for a serial engine. How to strengthen?

      Hello all.
I'm in the process of changing the engine to b5234t.
I would like to get more power at the same time as the engine I have outside and I can easily work with it.
According to information on the web, the engine will only hold 330-340Hp?
It seems to me that this is very little. Is that so?
If so, what turbocharger model to use to achieve this? Currently I have td04hl-16T.
Is it not possible to approach 400Hp?
      Thanks

A 16t will get you to about 300 hp. Maybe a touch over with supporting mods. You would need to venture out of the factory turbos to reach 400hp and you would need to upgrade to h beam rods. The rods are the weakest link in the motor.

Will upgrade to h beam rods be enough?
Or there any weak elements yet?
How do they withstand the standard connecting rods?

H beams will protect you from having bent rods from making boost too fast in lower rpms (below 3k) That way you can run a aftermarket turbo and not have to worry about anything. But you need a bigger intercooler bigger injectors bigger maf, 5 speed limited slip diff, etc and a good tune and $$$ to hit 400hp. If your wanting a drag car I'd just go buy something that's already fast. I know most of us want our Volvo's to be ultimate sleepers, but they are costly to upgrade and make big power with

I realize the rest of the expenses.
I do not want a super slepper. I want a more powerful fail-safe motor. That's why I asked this question because I have to count everything.

If it was me and I had the money I would put h beams in my car so I wouldn't be worried about bending a rod. That way you could have a strong bottom end to throw whatever you wanted to at it until the pistons or cylinder walls gave in.

Maybe this question is stupid but I do not know exactly this engine.
The engine is removed from the car and I can take off the oil pan and crankshaft. Will I be able to remove the pistons with the connecting rods down to not disassemble the head?
I mean the exchange of connecting rods on h-beam.

H beam rods, k24 turbo, green injectors, na intake cam if RN or both if N block, massive intercooler, upgrades intake and mandatorily a large exhaust. That combo with proper tuning should push you into the mid 300s safely. You can add meth injection on top of that. It would be wise to refresh all the seals, pcv system, use a R manifold and one piece exhaust gasket as well. K24 requires a k24 water pipe (it's different in 2 critical areas).

I was thinking about these two turbochargers (for example):

      http://performance.k64.pl/turbo-td05...j25-p-256.html
What do you think about these?
      K24 is hard to buy.

K24 is stock v70r/s60r and later T5 turbo they should be plentiful and cheap with low miles.

That 20G is a monster but has been used before, ideally a 20t would be more useful since it will bolt up (Volvo uses td04 flanges)

      Unfortunately not in Poland
For sale is one piece and it is more expensive than what I have given.

      "Do you offer international shipping?
This seller doesn't offer international shipping."
I'm looking for somewhere in Europe

What can be the cost of shipping to Poland?
I'm looking for another in Europe but I can see that it's hard.

      Welcome back.
With a turbocharger k24-7400 what maximum power can I achieve?

I managed to buy a 240mm flywheel and a clutch from volvo 850.
What to do now to strengthen this clutch?
      Enough kevlar lining?

      I made my decision.
I sent my compressor to make a bigger one. Potential 360-390HP
The cost will be lower than that of ebay.
      I bought a collector which I showed.
I decided that I would not be combining only chose an option that is easy to assemble.
I will use the services of this company:
      http://perunturbo.pl/ and realizacje/volvo
      A good choice?
