    Alot of beautiful car's. I have a few Volvo's as it is. . . a 06 V70R (mine) 01 V70T5 (wifes) & a 83 242, 11 yr old daughter wants for her first car. it's that med light blue.

My question is. . . . I can pick up a 82 240 turbo wagon. All stock. . . . & Very clean. it has 135K for miles, 3rd row seat& A/C blows cold (so he says) I can pick this up for 3000 . . is that to much ? I'd like to get it for around 2500. . .2000 I'd do it in a minute. but 3 is it Really worth that much ? it's Redwood met w/ tan leather. not really a red guy, but this doesn't hurt my eye's. . .to badly.

    Thanks for your time, ......Dave

After seeing this post, I decided to go out and do a little photoshoot myself. Didn't really do anything special with my 240 but it's "different" as I think it's the only "Turbo 240DL" out there

    Scania,

My local Volvo guru always says that mileage is the least of his worries when looking at a car; maintenance is the thing. If it's been maintained well, it may be worth $3K. We paid $2,200.00 for my son's silver '83 w/manual shown below. It had 220K miles, but had complete maintenance history, and was sitting on IPD suspension.

The blue '90 is mine; it's auto. The other is my son's friend Leah's '85 manual, aka "The Putty Wagon".

Can anybody tell me is it easy to fit R rims on a 200?
