Welcome aboard! Where did you get your car if I may ask? I service my car at Calabasas Volvo. I usually hang out in the Southbay, El Segundo, Redondo Beach area usually. If you see a blue C70 speeding down the 405, that would be me

The car has dark grey interior... more like black to me...
the wheels are the common 17 inch 5 spoke alloys. i like them. THe 18 inch ones are new i think.. the 2002 models have them. havent really seen what they look like though.
i will definitely get some pictures when i get the car... and have some time to clean her up, in and out

Rob with his 262 Racer has MAGNAFLOW muffler on his. It sounds pretty cool, a good alternative for UltraFlow.
Did you find any speed shop in your area that can do fab one for you? Well, last time I talked to Scott at IPD, he told me that they do offer one for our cars. It's a bit pricey b/c it's from overseas. Hopefully, they have sorted something with some shop to help them build these for them more cheaply.
I believe the only 18" wheel offered on the C70 was the "Triton," with 20 spokes. There's also a 17" version that looks the same, but with 18 spokes, called "Propus."
Hi and Welcome to Swedespeed..The car is nice i have the same one 1998 C70 black on gray interior (black interior) with 17" wheels. Hay Kai you looking for some 18" I might let them go. I have 18' came with the car funny thing about that I didnt want 18 wanted 17 so I told the dealer he said to bring the car in so i did he he couldnt do it right now I said send the wheels to my unlces shop who is a volvo mechanic and he did and never asked back for the 18.. funny..

Yes Sir it is green. I have never like green cars until I saw the C70 in Volvo's #447 Green. Wow. The '01 SE only came in 3 colors I do believe and this to me was the best pick as it was almost impossible to find a SE coupe.
That is some nice color~~!! I've never seen that on a C70. Nice car....
So, it's the SE model...I thought they only come with the other style of wheels. Did you ask the dealer to change that or you just didn't like the SE wheels?
Also, it is true that the '01 (or O2?)model comes with the alumn. dash? I've been looking for this small piece of the trim for the rear center console area.
They had 600W system for the SE?! Not too shabby~! They only had 400W for the previous ones, and they were pretty decent already.
Thanks for the compliments.
Here in Southern Ca (Orange County in particular) Volvo's arent to popular. So I love wasting all these darn Beemers and MB's around here. You dont see many C70's at all. And with the limited production of the C70 you never see them. Although I do see a convertible from time to time.
The SE model was extremely difficult to find so I was willing to take just about any of the 3 colors. I am lucky I got green. The '01 SE does come with 2 diffrent dash covers. Brushed aluminum and black marble. I did see the Aluminum on a used one, but I wanted a new car so I got the marble which looks nice. I am considering a change to the aluminum.
The wheels on the car were not what came on it. I wanted a chromed set. The dealer messed up and chromed a set of Canistos which I happen to like better than the ones that were originally on the car.
The stereo is absolutely incredible. I had a 6 disc Alpine changer put in the trunk which happens to be the one Volvo sells for $1200. I had mine installed for $450. Same equipment minus the Volvo emblem.
All the speakers are Dynaudio. In the shelf behind the rear seat are 2 10 or 12 inch subs that shake the car. And its STOCK!!!!

---Subwoofer
For those who truly enjoy premium sound then the Volvo subwoofer is for you. The subwoofer unit is a closed 10 liter loudspeaker box and a 12 inch loudspeaker element designed to produce optimum acoustics. The subwoofer installs under the floor in the luggage compartment area and cannot be seen in the vehicle after installation. Output 1 x 150 W. Cannot be installed in conjunction with the Children's Auxiliary Seat. ----
