    1. Hey,

      I figured I would respond via PM because I don't like to call out a particular dealer in a public forum. In any case, I am in Central Mass. There are two nearby dealerships and both dealer service departments said essentially the same thing. VCNA has already been in contact with those dealerships. Both seem to be somewhat better toward me since VCNA spoke to them, but I have also since seen them treat other customers in the same way they originally treated me (i.e., there seems to be 2 classes of customers, those who know about the updates and get them, and those customers who don't know about them and don't get them). I now just drive into Boston for all of my parts, accessories and service due to the poor service at the local dealerships. They have lost well into the thousands of dollars worth of parts and accessories as a result.

      Other SS members (S60 and S40 owners) have also noted similar problems in other regions of the country.
