    1. Here is my experience with the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) on my 2013 S60 T5. The low tire pressure message and icon illuminated one morning recently, which led me to immediately check tire pressure. I have kept the tires historically at 33 psig, rather than the recommended 36 psig. I found one tire at 29 psig and the remainder at 30/31 psig. I inflated all four to 33 psig, but the fault did not clear after several days of driving. Finally, I inflated all four to 36 psig (which I don't like as the car rides like it is on low profile tires), and the fault was cleared. So, apparently the fault detection logic trips at pressure below 30 psig and won't reset unless 36 psig is measured. I haven't tried it yet, but I am confident that I could deflate back to 33 psig without further problem.
