    1. INterested in getting some ideas on a modification to a B20 engine I have been thinking about.
      When using high lift camshaft with increased lobe pressure there is the associated increase in lube wear. Would it work if you cut a 2-3mm wide x 2-3mm deep trench in the block in the side of the cam follows bore on the piston side so the oil that runs down the trench is caught be the windage of the cam and dragged under the cam follower. I would also use a sphercial grinding stone to make a concave dish around the edge of the cam follower to catch more oil. The size of the trench may be too big. What do you think.
