Only MY2020’s
Just the other day, someone on facespace was complaining that they were not getting as many engine hours of oil use on their T8 vs a T5 or T6. I tried to explain this is actually a good thing for T8...
Not suitable for T8's?
Basic washer fluid pouring comfort. That’s a new one.
I have two iPhones (8 Plus & XR). I’ll update the 8 Plus and report back if I have a problem.
This happened to me twice. I used the key for entry, then a jumper box on the connection points under the hood. As soon as I connected the jumper box, the alarm went off. I pressed unlock on the...
They do???
It’s cute how you think you know what’s better for me. I love your passion for something that’s never coming back.
Only time will tell if I got a good deal with my CPO. Since my engine don’t s...
But what if I decide to keep this car 9 or 10 years?
I just know MyVolvoS60 will disagree with me, but I love the new CPO. I'm one of the "high milage with money" drivers that DFrantz mentions above. I drive about 400-500 miles a month for business...
I use what washer fluids I can get the cheapest. During the summer, I found 6 gallons of Walmart Winter blend on clearance for $0.50 each. I add in the Rain-x concentrate stuff when I re-fill.

Ha! Thanks for posting this. I saw one of these in the wild for the first time last week and was having trouble figuring out was it was until up close. It’s an extremely good looking vehicle and I...
I’m in NJ and this will be my first winter with my new XC60. I’m a skier so I expect to take this car out into unfavorable weather in the mountains of PA/NY/VT often.
Deep down, the RX is on the same platform as the Camry/Highlander. Yes, I looked that up on Wikipedia
Mines been flawless so far in 8900 miles but if your biggest concern is reliability, go for the Toyota. If comfort and kick ass sound system is the priority, XC60 for the win every time.
That may be the key. I never called the cops after the deer jumped in front of my car. There was no other property damages so I just drove it home and called my insurance company.
That’s a worthy upgrade. I’ve done the accidental B->downshift before. Usually when pulling out of the garage. I forget I’m in drive (auto-brake hold) and then I tap down twice. Lol I’ll learn...
The deer I hit never showed up on XC60’s car fax. The place that did the repairs just reported it as the vehicle was serviced. That’s it. I got lucky. YMMV
I go both ways. Usually in my pocket. Sometimes in the center console. Sometimes I drop them in the door handle.
Nobody ever expects the Volvo...
When I was shopping to replace my Gen1 XC60 I really wanted to love the smaller XC40. Lack of HUD killed any hope of me getting one though. I never even test drove a XC40. I also wanted the PHEV...
I have the Swedish Flag Parallelagram badge. I haven't put it on my XC60 yet, but it's the exact size of the OEM badges.
Wow, glad everyone is ok. I hit a deer with my 2010 while moving 30-35 mph. Bugger dropped right out of the sky right in front of me. My air bags didn’t fire, but still caused $14K in damages.
For some reason, most EV’s are marketed towards cleaner environment and cost effectiveness. Almost everyone ignores the performance benefits of instant torque, no more turbo lag. This is slowly...
+1 for Erie Vovo
Sorry.. how many no-Volvo’s made today still only have one hood lock?
PPA worked flawlessly parallel parking in the heavy rain the other day. I was super glad to be able to take my time and really look around while the car did all the work.
I had a 2020 T5 loaner for a few days and I didn’t mind the start/stop system at all. It just seems wasteful to me to be idling unnecessarily. I’m flooring it in Dynamic off the red lights on the...
Luxury Volvo Electric. As others mentioned the safety gap is diminishing. Volvo is giving away their safety research but that doesn’t mean other manufacturers will use it. How many MY19 cars are...
