I posted a similar issue a couple months ago, and mostlyy got unhelpful responses about learning how to drive. 2019 T6 XC60...best I can do is about 15.9 strictly city stop and go, and 24 ish...

There are hard buttons for the front and rear defrost right....if that is helpful

I waited almost 4 months for a factory order for a 2019 T6 XC60 (Sep -Dec 2018)...Also from Toronto dealer. I didnt like what was left on the floor.

City still tough...about 15+ mpg
If I get out on roads that can catch some green lights it's better. The 4 way stops are deadly....

This is 100% city. Short trips. Alot of stop signs. I can guarantee you how I drive it.

Thanks. If driven as you describe, and people behind me honking and passing on quiet streets, it can marginally eke out 15 mpg. The dealer says its the Superchargers. :facepalm:

Not good.
Eco Mode makes me wonder. The on off is so quick, sometimes slowing down to make a left it will cut out as you start...
