OMG so tempting. I know the reviews haven't been that positive but hopefully they ironed out all the kinks. I wonder what the shipping cost to the US will be.

That's the only kit I've ever seen that's volvo specific or at least without some major work needed. So you built your motor and decided on a k16, why's that?
Hmm that I am not sure. I scrolled through his site and hit the order button and said he's all out of stock and doesn't plan to make anymore. You could always try contacting him and see what he...
Buy a SKBOWE harness - https://www.skbowe.com/a/ and then pick out an HID kit. Here's a thread on the kit. I highly recommend it....
Nice find. Before I got my KW coilovers, I was looking for AWD coilovers from BC, which unfortunately they didn't have at the time. Shame as I would probably would have purchased these.
Does anyone know or have seen an aftermarket turbo kit on an S40/C30 besides a k16? How's the tuning for something like this?
Gratz on the milestone. Keep it up!
I'm interested, PM'd you.
Small world as I live in Manassas, VA. Best of luck with the car.
Nice find. Good luck with your build.
Car is coming along nicely. Not a fan of bagging but keep us posted on the cars evolution.
I was looking into eventually get this kit. Very surprising that the hoses aren't an exact match as stock. Interested to know the outcome. Keep us posted.
Bump for a sharp looking car.
Love the wheels. A more common size of 18x8 I think would've been ideal. If so, I would've seriously considered buying them. Good luck with the sale though.
Not a wagon guy but like the colors and the brown interior. So you're not keeping your S40 at all then? I'm assuming it's paid off and unless you have a lot of issues with it seems silly to get rid...
Keep us updated on what you learn. I am really interested in going the k16 route or a similar alternative.
The worry is I won't get to drive it lol. I'm going to rent a spring compressor and put the stock front suspension back on while I wait for the rebuild kit.
Never heard of KT4 before but the craftsmanship of their downpipes looks top notch and well priced.
So I have a 2010 S40 AWD and my passenger front KW coilover is leaking and needs a rebuild. The turn around time is 3-4 weeks once they receive it. I have a spare car but my S40 is sitting on...
Love the wheels!
Honda/Acura enthusiasts are known to do this. They use a different block and head (vtec) combo such as a b20 block or a k24 block. I had a k24a2 block (Accord) with a k24a4 head (rsx type s) which...
How do the Fast Street cams stack up to ENEM and Newman cams. Never heard of the company before
Not the greatest but I get around 22-23ish mpg usually with 93 octane.
FWD or AWD? If comfort is your main criteria then i'd go with Koni FSD or Yellow's. Here's a link so Koni FSD I just found on sale for FWD...
Sorry to hear about your car. Such a tragedy. I'd find out everything I could (security camera's, people in the area) and press charges if identification can be made.
I have a squeaking sound as well though mostly when I'm shifting gears. I think it's my bushings but sometime soon ill have to jack up the car and take a closer look. Driving me crazy when I have...
I have leather in my car so I guess I'm partial to it.
The welds look like garbage honestly. I was hesitant at first to purchase but I've not heard anything bad about the performance or how it functions.
It depends on the company etc but not a bad price if it's truly all real carbon fiber
So far so good with mine. You FWD guys got it good with cheaper prices on parts. EST has a sale still going on for the FWD downpipe for $480 ...
