Probly a little late, but the eisiest way to tackle the pin holes is to mix bondo and fiberglass resin/hardener together. This makes a thinner mix and that allows you to fill the pin holes easier.
If you have a press its and easy job, If not, you're better off buying the whole CA.
If you do decide to press them yourself, use a little heat on the CA before you press them.
Also, do one...
Replacing the parts you mentioned is not going to help you, unless they are bent or the mounting holes are egged out. You should be looking into replacing bushings, like the IPD camber bushings. ...
I dont know the measurements, but google search a picture of the xc90 bolts with rubber, print it off, go into ace with your bolt and find the rubber piece that matches the picture.
You can get the rubber pieces at ace hardware for couple $, the actual bolt in the R is the same as the xc90 bolts. I did it over a year ago and it has been great ever since.

After looking at the hubs, I dont think redrilling the hubs will work. If you look at the back side of the hub it has raised areas where the bolts thread into. Essentially the metal is thicker where...
You could also just drill them and put in wheel studs so you dont have to deal with tapping them, plus it would make it easier to run different size spacers.
there is an abs plug in the hub, so getting that, the bolt pattern, axle splines, and offset dimensions to match up to some other manufacturer is going to be difficult.
The best bet would be...
That is the exact setup I am planning on doing later this summer. I think it will work out well!
