I hear ya on comfort mode, the wife and the little boy like comfort on road trips. If he's sleeping, I don't argue. He does smile when I'm alone with him in the car and speed off rather quickly.

Call from Borton, car still out of commission, wrong part again!, I think that is the 4th time they haven't gotten the right bushing in. They mentioned they want to get me out of the enterprise rental. Maybe I'll get a s80 to try, hell I'll take any volvo at this point. Someone is apparently placing a call to volvo parts. I don't want to be on the other line I'd imagine.

at this point I doubt I'll even have my car back for possible cruise this weekend.

I feel bad for you atacama, it sucks when all you do is get disappointed. You might be killing someone soon heh? I will be up fixing deer stands this weekend so they're ready for the opener. Yet another gtg I cannot make. Have fun though, and we'll get one together soon.

It's alright, not much I can do. I'm a pretty relaxed guy,, ok everyone tells me i'm about as relaxed as they come. true most of the time. I know there isn't much Borton can do about it, not really their fault. No use taking it out on some guy just trying to do his job. I do miss my car though. I think I wouldn't mind so much if the seats weren't so crappy in the kia. Should steal a park bench or something and toss that in, probably be a better ride.

mmmmm venison, I could sure go for a few venison hotdogs--those hit the spot when camping/fishing.

      Yes. The 2001-2007 S60/V70/S80 are P2. The 2005+ S40/V50/C30/C70 are P1. I can't remember if the 2007+ S80 is P1 also or not...

Have any of you guys had the glove box rattle fixed under a TNN? I guess it TNN88-21 & 22 lube glove box switch & shim lower attachment points of dash on right to tighten glove box. Not sure what you've guys done, but my rattles a lot on the highway and rattles vigorously in advanced mode. I've seen all the solutions on other threads but it's hard to see the pictures.

nope, mine doesn't rattle, mainly because the left side of the glovebox hangs down a bit. I should probably do something about it but have more important things I want to address first.

My T5's glovebox used to rattle, they did the TNN fix and it worked for a couple years before it started to rattle again, though very rarely/minor at that.

I'll be in Duluth all weekend. I've never run with the Subaru club, however Eurowerks does drives like that and they do them well. Tape the front of your car, unless you like rock chips.

Got my car back yesterday with the new bushings on the rear, in and out in 1 day.

However, so far my initial impression is ICK.

I need to post a thread to learn more. The side-hop was never TERRIBLE, but now this thing rides super stiff just cruising down the highway, the ass bounces up and down like its on super stiff suspension. Hoping that this might be something that will wear in a bit and get softer.

Gotta say my only complaint with Kline was that they give you a loaner car....but they don't tell you that you have to pay a $25 REFUELING FEE. They spin it that you don't have to worry about filling it with gas because that covers it, but its not that good of a deal when in it for one day and using 2 gallons. Oh well.

I don't mind the Kline fee since if I need a loaner car I usually end up driving to/from Rochester anyway, so usually it's a GREAT deal for me

Did they update your 4C software too? Or just bushings? Is it harder in every 4C mode?

hey TW, you look new, so welcome!

Ive done some extensive research on the subject.

Alot of the candian and Northeast (MA, CT) guys have given me a vote of confidence in Bridgestone Blizzaks (i think the LM-17)... And if you are looking for 17" wheels to accomodate, TireRack.com has some good options. The Sport Edition F-10/F-7's look nice and seem to work well. Also, there are some MSW's made by O.Z. which look nice as well.

Spend some time on tire rack and check out their combo options. Plus, SwedeSpeed's Classifieds section in the forums often has great deals. Post a "Want: 17" pegs/winter tires" and see what you can find.

Im picking up some really nice plastic winter mats for like 40$ from a local SS guy this week (hopefully)

      Hi MN guys.
So, what are we running for winter tires? Almost time. Anyone have Nokians? Also looking for a second set of OEM Pegs, 17" for winter tires.

      Get Blizzaks. The end.
