You all fail.....George came close but used google translate I assume which translates from Kanji/Hiragana to watashiwa anata o ai****e, this literally translates to I Love you or As for me I Love you, although George is correct you'd probably never hear it said this way as its too formal and too serious at the same time. The Japanese try to keep from speaking about the subjects I and You as much as humanly possible unless in a formal business or family rank structure environment where its a cultural norm and neccessity to do so, so you wouldn't expect a lover to speak to you this way...unless maybe your her boss or vice versus, lol.

1.) suki desu 好きです (fairly common as saying I Love you isn't) which literal translation is "to like or I like".
2.) ai ****e imasu 愛しています (I love you), but not normally used unless in a long standing relationship and even then not really.
3.) ai ****eru愛してる a more informal way to say I Love you but again not used a lot.

The Japanese go to great length not to express feelings in conversion so you just don't hear people saying I Love you much, its almost surprising that they even have words for it.
