Only charged me 50$ so Iím happy that I donít have to deal with it in the future. Obviously no alarm functionality anymore but it doesnít bother me.
Do you know what that fix was so I can tell my dealer? The (intermittent for me) message doesnít bother me much but I would love my sunroof to not get stuck popped up for two years, again.

(Yes I know I can manually crank it, that wasnít the point haha.)

They just called it an alarm disable/removal. It seemed common for them, they quoted 400$ to replace with a new module or 200$ to remove the module and disable the alarm. Since I already removed the siren module myself they only charged 50$. Since Iím in the belle province this was in French so the terms were all different. Canadian dollars btw.

Just checked the receipt, looks like thereís actually a 12$ part for the alarm removal.

My sunroof worked when I was getting the alarm message so not sure if my issue is identical to yours.

New headlight wiper blades and Plastic wheel bolt covers because they were rusty and ugly.

Small and cheap but an incremental improvement nonetheless.

Wow, didnít even know the bolt covers were a thing! I need to pick some up. I just did the wipers too, very satisfying replacement.

The Bolt covers only work with aftermarket and/or extended lug bolts. They do not fit around the oem chrome ones (Too Big).

You need the 17mm lug bolts for the covers to work. The OEM chrome bolts are 19mm.

I purchased Volvo part number 31660916 from ipd, 19mm and worked great. Different colors are available too. Itís a Mickey Mouse fix but does the job.
