It probably will. The factory rubber bushing is sloppy compared to polyurethane IPD one.

I have IPD poly upper and lower mounts on my S70 and it's not bad. There's a little more vibration, but not much.

Haven't pulled the trigger on a poly mount for the S60 yet but I would imagine that with the I6 there will be even less vibration to notice since it's inherently better balanced than an I5.
I'm not good, I'm not nice, I'm just right.

After four years of driving I finally got around to having the dealer install Polestar optimization today. It's like having a new car. The acceleration feels dramatically faster.

Figured this didn't warrant its own thread, how do you unplug the wiring connector on the front doors? I can slide the locking clip up, the connector starts to come out from the bottom, but the top doesn't seem to have enough room to back all the way out. Is it simply not much room to move the connector out, or is the another clip I'm not seeing.

Think I need to replace the upper torque mount on mine, was just looking and the factory rubber is cracked about 75% of the way around.

I believe the rubber mount doesn't connect all the way around. I believe it just connects above and below the bolt. You should be able to see daylight through the rubber part.

Thanks, I did wonder, the gap looked somewhat sloppy so I wasn't sure if it should be there. I might upgrade to the IPD anyway, the factory mount feels pretty loose.

What did you do with your s60/V60 (2011+) today?

Plus 1 for the debadged look. I love it. I think it looks clean plus I can polish and wax the back with ease now.

What % tint do you have on your taillights? Looks really good without being totally unsafe.

It’s not tint film. It’s tinted clear coat. That’s why I went with the clear coat vs the film. Clear coat is very translucent and still allows the light to pass through.

It’s still a nice red in sunlight (dark red) and dark without sunlight. Brake lighting makes its way through with the same intensity no problem.

Has anyone installed a ipd rear anti-sway bar on a 2017 V60? For some reason they are saying that model year doesn't fit but I don't see how it would be any different. For instance, Viva Performance's website say that it will fit any 2011+.

Didn't have the time or garage space to install, but finally installed it this weekend!

I noticed a very slight vibration in the steering wheel at idle, but shifting response is much improved so am willing to deal with the trade-off. Should have done this mod a long time ago!

It should fit with no problem, that bar fits any P3 model (except an early S80 model). Once I told them that it fit my 2015 V60, they added the V60 to the website. My buddy added the iPD rear sway bar to his 2017 S60 Polestar and it fit no problem. They don't like to list it on their site until either they test it/someone else gives them feedback that it fit.

Yes it was pretty easy actually all I used was a drill wire brush picked a set at harbor freight for about $8 bucks and hooked them up to my Dewalt took me about 5 min each side the trade off was way worth it.

      Blacked out the grill.
Center grill section was this almost primer grey color, found nowhere else on the car.
Center section is a flat black and the outer chrome and Volvo bars/emblem are a satin black.

I like it a lot better.

Thanks! I have wire brushes for the drill so I will definitely be doing this after the winter time when I change the front brakes.

Center section is a flat black and the outer chrome and Volvo bars/emblem are a satin black.

I like it a lot better.
How did you go about painting the grill? Remove it or mask everything off? I'm asking bc i wanna do the same. I painted all my chrome trim, badges and mirror caps anthracite grey.. Looks good, but the grill is the final piece and i'm struggling on how to go about it. I only want the chrome painted. I like the black accent front the rest of the grill though. If you did remove the grill, did you take the bumper off or somehow find a way to release the bottom clips of the grill with the bumper on? Grill looks good btw.
