Here you go. This is the link for 2015.5 through 2018 S60/V60 cars. The page will probably show the older database part number for a while since Volvo always updates the database files before they update the web page. When the download starts the correct part number (31676539) for the April 2020 update will show in the program that manages the download.

Actually got it before you responded, downloaded, popped in the USB and started at the 75% it left off at. Finished literally as I put it in park at parent's house for Mother's Day dinner. Seems to be working perfectly fine now, guess they had a bad file in there

See on my S60, it came with the grocery insert. Had to remove to fit the tempa spare tire. Wish the S60 had a deeper trunk or a recess for a tire so I could have had both.

After several weeks of slowly polishing, the detail on my V60 is finished.

Started with several steps of washing / clay baring and re washing to make sure the surface was completely contaminant free.

Yellow foam pad on rotary polisher with chemical guys V32.

Scratch and swirl remover on yellow foam pad rotary polisher.

Scratch and swirl remover rupes microfiber cutting pad on a DA polisher.

V36 on a rupes microfiber cutting pad da polisher

V38 on a rupes microfiber polishing pad da polisher

Completely wipe down the surface with chemical guys surface prep spray.

2 coats of Avalon king Armor shield.

Weather has been awful here lately so pulling it outside will have to wait.

Next up, going to a shop to have my exhaust built then to the dealer for an inspection and door latch recall.

That's one hell of a commitment! I spent the better part of a day hand polishing and waxing my car. No clay bar. It's nice and shiny though nothing will ever fix the deep 7-10 inch clear coat scratch some A-Hole did to my door either with a Car Door (my guess) or a shopping cart....Grrr...I hate living with it but spending like $800 to fix isn't happening either!

But looking at a nice shiny car is very rewarding. I also vacuumed mine out. I need to get leather cleaning to wipe down interior. My 15.5 S60 is a daily driver, hauls my dogs around in the back seat with carrier cages, etc. So the vacuum was long overdue.

Finished my audio upgrade, carpet arrived to wrap the subwoofer enclosure, so other than tuning (which using Dirac is a piece of cake) and eventually taking care of some of the rattles in the front doors, it's done. Pics and details here if anyone is interested: https://forums.swedespeed.com/showth...io-Install-Log

My car passed its annual safety inspection at NTB today. I figured the only thing they could ding me on was rear brake pads, but I guess I'm still good for a little while (previous owner had them replaced with Textar pads at some point - I don't know the exact age). NTB tried to say there was some edge wear on my tires and I should get an alignment (had one 1,500 miles ago) and tried to say the test strip showed my brake fluid was bad (had it replaced by a different NTB less than 14k miles ago at the 80k service). I get that they have to recommend something when a car passes inspection, but at least look up and see that you guys already changed the brake fluid before recommending it again. Isn't only recommended every 40k miles for our cars? When I google brake fluid test strip, the first thing that comes up is video on using them to maximize shop revenue. Yeah, I'll skip that service for now.

A lot of times these places will BS their customers with a bunch of add-ons of maintenance items the car “needs”. I’m not sure if they incentivize the process by giving techs a cut of the repair cost or if they are pressured to promote certain repairs each month, but it has been my experience with NTB that many of them have some pretty sketchy tactics. Most inexpensive tire store chains will try to upsell you on a bunch of stuff. I’m not saying that’s what happened here but take their recommendations with a healthy dose of suspicion. Especially now, where business is slow and employees may feel doubly pressured to show their value to the company.

Rear muffler is off. Wanted to see what a muffler delete sounded like.

Purchased a borla bottle resonator and magnaflow muffler for the rear with some new tips, having it fabricated next week.

3" all the way back, 2.5" out of the mufflers into 4" tips.

Oh yeah, they will straight up lie. My brother got conned by them once, against my advice. They rang him up for like $1400 on service that didn't even address or solve the issue he was in there to fix. Buyer beware.

I work at a dealer so I got it painted in our paint shop, really happy how it turned out. The code is a Glasurit code, MA602-90, with a matte clear cote on top. We just call it Polestar grey, I dont know if has a real name.

      Nice!!

Post a video once done on your youtube channel! Cannot wait to hear how it sounds as I cannot justify shedding + 1k on an exhaust system with current situation. USD to CAD conversion simply kills it

That Glasurit color finder site (https://coloronline.glasurit.com/?language=17) isn't easy to use! Best info I could gather from it:

Good to know. I have polestar winter wheels , I assume the color is the one you're describing. If so, I'd like to match my front plastics to the wheels. They need a repaint, anyways.

      I'm quite excited as well.

Biggest challenge at the moment is finding a reputable shop whose willing to work on Volvo's. The majority of the shops in the area are "classic car" fab shops and shrug when "Volvo" is mentioned.

Funny thing is, a polestar tuned V60RD is probably faster than half of the muscle cars that roll through his shop... Lol

Purchased a borla bottle resonator and magnaflow muffler for the rear with some new tips, having it fabricated next week.
Are you able to use the stock tips with the magnaflow muffler? Also, do you mind posting the part number of the muffler, I've found a couple while looking, want to make sure I'm looking at the right thing.

I am interested in what the borla bottle resonator will do for the car. I kept the stock resonator when I did the muffler. Going 4” tips makes an awesome difference in the looks I love mine.

2 quick questions what does it sound like with no muffler? And are you the 4cyl T6?

Sounds like that. So much drone, not a great tone either just sort of... Noise.

      It's the I6 T6

Keep in mind, this is a 3" in, 2.5" outlet muffler.

Replaced the PCV diaphragm today with the part from ipd. Pretty simple job. I decided not to pull the airbox out of the way at all and it still was pretty easy. Old one was not torn, but figured it was a good preventative measure at 110k miles.

Wax on and received my polestar winglets and rear spoiler. Also ordered eibach springs, hopefully they arrive tomorrow.
Planning on doing a stage1 tune on my T5 4cyl. Time will tell.

Thats what it is called here in sweden, dont know what you call it? ECU software tune? Flash tune?
I have a guy who usually tune my volvos. He promised me +30 HP and +70 Nm. For half the price och polestar which only gives me 8hp and 40nm..
      Havent decided which one yet.

Replaced my battery today. Was still on the original battery in a 2016 car. Battery was manufactured week 19 of 2015. Made it to the 5 year mark, so can't complain about that.

I also confirmed the BMS reset hack (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iu9z5m78Szw&t=1s) with my ELM32 bluetooth scanner and Carscanner app. The "Battery operation time since battery monitoring sensor reset" time went from 1836 days to 0.
