Any 2017 XC90 owners here with problems - also OSD and Diplomatic Purchasing
New to the group. My wife and I are looking at purchasing a 2017 XC90 T6 R-Design. I wouldn't mind a T8, but the price is more than we can afford at the moment. Anyway, I was perusing the Volvo forums and came across a rather lengthy thread where a lot of people have complained of software issues - some minor, others seriously impacting safety. Other issues are also related to trim and construction like leaky sun roofs.
I'm curious to know if 2017 owners here have experienced any such issues with their XC90s? I don't want to buy a $65k automobile just to regret the decision 2 weeks later.
Also, I'm looking for feedback on anyone that may have ordered with OSD, and in particular under the Diplomat program (my wife is a diplomat). Specifically, once the car has reached the US and arrived at the local dealer for pickup, what other fees are involved? With regards to the Diplomat program, do those cars also received the standard US 4 year warranty?
