Updated pics of my saffron C70 coupe(not 56k friendly)

      Hey all,

Well, I haven't posted any pics of the car for several months. I have added a few new mods and decided to post some pics. They include a v70r front bumper with shaved headlight wipers. I molded a set of imported radicast plugs in the opening. Also in the pics are the '03 jewel turn signals(i'll have pics of the matching headlights soon). Also finally installed the sparco seats(before I get flamed for black race seats in a tan interior I will be putting in a set of tan alcantra sparco milano's which will match the interior). Didn't know if I had posted any pics of the new headunit either so there is one of the in-dash tv. I have added some more stuff(strut brace/intake/side markers/debadged/s70 fogs) since but don't have any new pics. Let me know what you think.

      Hi there,

I know, I was iffy on the spoiler as well but the car came with the spoiler and I may take it off one day if I decide to repaint the trunk.

Nice work. Were you able to use the center channel with your new head unit? I would like to switch out my 901 unit since it can't play cd-r's too well. It looks like a clean install even with it being a single DIN size?

How do those seats feel? They look pretty nice, almost like Recaro's

      Hey fellas,

I really like the seats. I have had sparco's before in other cars(non-adjustables) and these are by far my favorite. Just can't wait to get the tan alcantra in. I am looking for a second C70 to add to the collection. Its down to either silver or black, still can't decide. It would be cool to have more C70 owners around Philly too.

      Hey there,

Yeah, im in the Coast Guard so im always down there. Trust me, I hear ya on the spoiler thing, I just don't want to go through the hassle of repainting the trunk and filling in the holes at the time being. Some days I like the spoiler/some days not. Might just bite the bullet and buy an extra trunk, lol. Also wanted to point out the spoiler was already there, definately didn't do it myself!

I personally would never add a spoiler to a C70, but if I were to buy it already on, I wouldn't care. Fine the way it is, if you don't want to go through the trouble of taking it off then don't. Just depends on what you think of it.

Sweet! Do you have any information on the headlight wiper shaving? I would be really interested in knowing how I can do this, being in Japan means its all up to me but I'm up for a challenge.

      Hey there,

To answer some questions, no, I don't use my factory center channel speaker. I actually have found an engineering firm in the area to make a bolt-in gauge pod to go where the factory center channel sits. Yeah, I have really enjoyed my C70. There are some quirks and i've had to do some small repairs but overall its a good highway cruiser/weekend driver. The headlight wiper plugs were purchased from a company in Sweden called Radicast. They look good even unmolded, I just had to repaint the bumper and decided to do something different. To be honest I haven't seen anyone else as of yet with them molded but im sure there is someone somwhere.
