Battery went out on wife a few weeks after getting car. Had her call roadside assistance and was jumped. Local tire shop tested the battery and says it's good. Noticed that the car would struggle to start and now and then won't start so it had had to be jumped a few more times. Super inconvenient. Car is scheduled for service in a couple weeks.
Almost had it towed to dealer as we still have a bit of roadside assistance, but dealer said we were out of luck on a loaner vehicle. Any culprits on these vehicles? I can't even remember the last time I've had to jump a car and have never experienced persistent battery issues on one that tests out.
Also, why is there no way to view the battery status?
This and the rough downshifts have me slightly concerned.
Car has 48k miles and warranty expires at end of month.
