      We're currently working on DIM info for MAF.
      Question now is... how to display!

      kg/h ?
      g/s ?

      Or is there a typical imperial value for this?
      CFM (Cubic feet per minute) is a standard SAE measurement for volumetric airflow.

      No. The CFE Plus requires BOTH Canbusses to be available.
      At the RTI you'll have only 1 canbus available.

      The unit can be pulled out in a second, i guess that's fair enough for diagnostic readings?
      (CFE will switch to OFF anyways if its installed in the car and it sees a Dice with Vida!)

      Check the oil-pan below the engine...
      If there's a sensor inserted (most probably left hand side, front) with wires coming out.. you most probably have a sensor.
      So far/until now; if the sensor is there, we're able to make readings.

      No. The RTI computer has only 1 Canbus available, the CFE Plus needs both of them.

      In case your car is pre-2005 (so 2001-2004) you'll have to hookup an additional OBD port.
      We're currently in the process of getting those harnesses available.

      I received my unit today and had to do a bit of research in order to get the drivers installed on my Windows 10 PC.
      I found them here:

      Hi Ricardo,

      Allow me to suggest using the chipset-suppliers original Windows driver?
      Please see our Knowledgebase / FAQ for more support articles about the CFE Plus.

      The particular topic about the Windows drivers is found there as well!

      Got mine yesterday, works great.

      Oil temperature works as it should, reads COLD until 60° C, then shows the temperature. It is not a calculated value, there is a ptc resistor in the sensor.

      Also, I would vote for air mass in kg/h cause that is how it is shown in vida for the me7 engines so that is the most useful.

      The free DHL shipping took 4 days from ordering to my doorstep. Much appreciated.

      Hi. I guess I didn't pay enough attention reading your FAQ's...
      Those drivers worked fine and I managed to program the CFE+. Thanks anyway

      Testing in progress.
      (And got confirmed by looking at the values in the DIM that the MAF in the S60 2.5T testcar indeed is out of order).

      New firmware available for download;

      Version 1.085

      Added : MAF for DIM-info
      Fixed : SUM added for some models in DTC
      Fixed : if value unknown/not readable '---' will appear instead of 0 or LOW. (In such case please create a support ticket with details of the particular DIM info item and your car details).

      Next : IAT, Intake Air Temperature, fixes for known items where possible.

      I came home today and it was on the front porch. Updated the firmware and installed.
      Very nice.
      This out of the box without changing any settings.
      Displays the Auto trans temp

      When i reverse it puts the stereo in a telephone mode. Mutes the stereo.
      Opens and closes all the windows when I lock and unlock the doors with the fob.
      Beautiful.

      I noticed that when I was plugging through the settings. I would like to add oil temp to the mix and will try those settings when I get home from work. Thanks for the info. This is a great addition to the R.

      Can the CFE+ be run with an OBD2 splitter/Y cable? I have a Scangauge that plugs into the port at the moment.

      The cable I was looking at: https://www.amazon.ca/Right-Angle-Sp.../dp/B00EEDOWU8

      Splitter : should not be a problem, although generally these splitters have no twisted can-wires, which (if canbus is extended) is formally a requirement.

      Scangauge : we have not tested that specific tool. Generally if it just listens on the canbus, it should be fine.
      If that tool sends bits and bytes on the canbus as well, you might get conflicts which will result in behavior we can't predict.

      I do not expect a permanent damage to either one of the tools if something goes wrong, most expected is a shut-down of the CFE Plus or a confused CEM.
      (which then can be cleared again with the CFE Plus ;-)

      Sure;
      Multi-info pushes more DIM Info elements into 1 line.

      CT = Coolant Temp, HT = Haldex Temp, S = speed
      So a multi-info line could look like:
      CT 140 HT 120 S 100

      OT = Oil Temp
      G = Gear
      B = Boost pressure

      etc.

      Maybe you would like a different configuration of a multi-info line, please let us know, we'll consider.
      (now working on a line where HT = out for example since that only brings data to those who own a AWD).

      How do I add/remove multi-info? I want Oil, Haldex, Trans, air mass, coolant temp and boost. If I am reading it right in the display I should have 3 entries per line. With two lines I can monitor 6 events. Real nice if possible.

      So how can I do this?

      Hello Hunter,

      We have to pre-configure sets. Currently it is not possible to add your own.

      We’re near the one you like i guess, please checkout the ones already there.

      It might be impossible to get all of them on 2 lines since we’re bound to a certain amount of characters, keeping in mind the digits of the values and a space here and there.

      I’ve noted your request, will have a look soon!

      I have an 04 V70R, no navigation if that makes a difference. The scangauge just reads data as far as I know.
