      Thanks again
I got IPD to sell me just the rear 22 mm bar . . . around 2014 or so. It is a nice peice, but mine is a bit rusty now, not sure the blue coating is as good as say black cathodic oxide epoxy electrocoat (e-coat).

Rustoleum rattle can paint is holding up better than the ipd powdercoat on everything else we have in service

What size rear bar did your car original have?

My one had 19mm and I changed it to 21mm Volvo bar.

It will be interesting to hear what you think of the change from 21mm to 22mm , and compared to the original.

19mm originally, 21mm bar during rear end work last winter and 22mm going in before the next alignment. Will certainly be reporting on my impressions.

Well today was interesting. Parking brake started sticking last night. Freaked and assembled all the parts for major overhaul at a minutes notice only to find out the cable was sticking. Thoroughly soaked with PB Blaster and exercised to near excess and it was all good again.

Then I drove the wagon around all afternoon with many smiles per gallon. Fuel economy is decent, mid 20s at cruise. However, this thing HAULS ass in a serious way now. 18 peak psi is amazing. The torque lower down completely changes how you drive the car and I really like it after getting used to it for a few days.

Shortly before it dies completely you'll see pump duty cycle at or above 60%. New is about 35%.

Was reading a little funny. We’ve had a major fluctuation in atmospheric pressure over the last week and the original sensor was not reading as high as it should compared to other cars and known millibar. Easy fix and then we found the end of the fuel pump.

I know the normal FWD and AWD ones are the same.

The other question is I can find “R” parts listed as 30645609 and 30645610,
But not 30645607 and 3045608 as shown on your parts?
What year and V70 or S60?

      Thanks.
      Keep up the great work.

I haven’t checked yet. I’m hoping they’re a little longer to make everything line up better when lowered. These particular arms came from an 04 S60R. Will report back. I’m guessing the main reason for the “kink”is to have better clearance for wider wheels and needs to be stiffer than stamped metal as a result.

Mmmm yes that looks like progress

All the better to see you with

High beams and euro pattern, as Thor intended.

      Now for the goodies

Thabks supermarket for having a nice finder block wall 25 feet from the second row of spaces out back

      Better! Underexposed to show pattern

      Normal lows.

      Highs.

Boatyard stop for darkness and range shots

      Lows.

      Lows and Highs.

      Lows, Highs and Driving Lights.

I’m very delighted with the results and the effort to procure LHD/RHT e code xenons was certainly worth it.

For anyone who doesn’t want to shell out the big bucks, led bulbs in e codes give 90% of the same result. Highly recommend!
