That seems like a really good deal. Did they fill the lip rash with something or just turn them down? What speed are your wheels balanced to? Or I guess just checked to they didn't need weight.
No filler needed. Use a professional shop capable of restoring wheels who can carefully grind them back to true. Dunno, but they heat and turn the aluminum by hand until the wheel is extremely straight without straining the bead. 215/45s are perfect, on my 98 FWD at least, but do require a patient tire installer to not damage the wheel finish if you have the 17x7.5 sized Propus like me.
