      Boost is not a measure of power. It is important to fill the cylinders with air. Otherwise, the boost grows in the reservoir, but not in the cylinders. Install camshafts with a higher lift and wider phase

      Could you explain for about that? What camshaft? Higher Lifter and Wider phase. Where can I find it?

      In order not to risk it, I bought R-axial shafts and sent them to Moscow. In response, they sent me something that is not present anywhere (at least I did not find it), namely their characteristics:
      standard shafts
      designation EB425
      9.0 mm
      thermal clearance up to 0.5 mm
      phase with a gap of 0.50 mm 248 degrees
      phase with a gap of 0.25 mm 280 degrees
      phase per 1 mm with a gap of 0.25 mm 208 degrees
      rise in TDC with a gap of 0.25 mm and a collapse of 110 degrees 0.5 mm

      designation IA422
      8.4 mm
      thermal clearance up to 0.4 mm
      phase with a gap of 0.40 mm 236 degrees
      phase with a gap of 0.25 mm 254 degrees
      phase per 1 mm with a gap of 0.25 mm 196 degrees
      rise in TDC with a gap of 0.25 mm and a collapse of 110 degrees 0.3 mm

      cam 32 mm, neck 30 mm, i.e. when resurfacing,
      with a cam diameter of 30.2 mm, a maximum lift of 9.9 and 9.3 mm can be obtained, respectively.

      I decided not to be smart and ordered characteristics close to those that Viva does:
      9.6 / 264 issue
      9.3 / 264 intake
      the profile will have a phase of 264 degrees with a gap of 0.25 mm on vp and vyp
      rise in TDC, with a collapse of 110 degrees will be 0.8 mm, with a gap of 0.25 mm on the VP and vyp.

      We have been tormenting the car for almost a year, three out of 4 axle shafts are broken, the last one remains, which must be broken. So it was decided to measure 0-100 on the firmware for safe movement and studying the behavior of the motor. The boost was made at 1.8 bar, the fuel runs out at the beginning of the 3rd gear, so nothing but 0-100 will not shine for us yet.
      I wanted to understand the forecasts for the car in terms of potential. Therefore, all starts without lunch shift and setting the boost in gears, the angle is childish - it's a pity for the motor. There is a lot more to do, but the outlines are already visible.
      In general, we managed to make one measurement). On the second, the semiaxis nevertheless receded into another world, but important results were obtained in terms of potential.
      The start is very soft and gentle according to the schedule, but on the second one for all the money.
      Someone did not believe in the axle boxes in 2nd gear on the graph you can see it. Overload in second gear is 3G and awd is stalling.
