      New 2015 Volvo S60 Polestar Owner-Australia.

I have just purchased my very 1st Volvo, a 2015 Black S60 Polestar with 28,000kms on it and in great condition.

I wanted to reach out to you guys and get any recommendations on the best service procedures I should undertake with this car at this mileage? Should I get all oils changed to begin a fresh life and know where the car is at or are the Oils in parts of the car ok for extended mileage? I will be getting a standard service of Oil & Filter etc done within the 1st few weeks of ownership but wondered what else I should look at while it is the shop?

Also, I wondered what modifications can be done to the car that won't impact its reliability but will certainly get a little more out of the 3.0lt 6Cy Turbo engine, which is already pretty quick. Exhaust upgrades etc, what do you guys recommend I begin to put my money towards?

      Thanks in advance!!

      Welcome!
      Another Aussie.

With 28,000km engine oil is fine.
Just check when the last fluids were changed (brake, coolant etc) as I'd say they'd be due about now (time-wise)
I'll let the others speak about performance upgrades.

Mine is fast & loud enough for a daily driver.

Had it serviced at Masons in Seaford yesterday. Just had the 30000km service and will execute the 4yr service in another 5000-7500kms. Car is more than quick enough for a daily, I agree.

Absolutely love the package as a whole. Is yours a S60?

I have a 2016 V60 and have numerous posts on this forum regarding the mods I've made. I recommend (4) foundational mods from which you can build upon in future stages. These mods touch styling, performance and handling. They are the Ferrita downpipe (DP), Elevate Cars rear sway bar, VST front springs and the CC V60 grill swap. Do these four and you will have a different car. You can see all these mods and more @lcfpolestar. And join us on the P* FB page!

      Welcome Stealth.

Haven't heard of Masons down that way but myself and several others have ours serviced 800km away in Adelaide. Volv of Adelaide. He's also a member on here with countless Polestars and experience. [AussieMikeD5]
Ive made the trip 3 times and its worth it mate.

If you don't want to drive that far, pop into VP tuning at Moorabbin.
