I'm a relatively new owner of my 2015 S60 T6 RD Platinum. I live in Michigan. Over the last couple of days, we have had some cold nights and yesterday, I was not getting any audio after startup. I flicked the radio back and fourth from Bluetooth back to radio and it started working again. This morning through, with a temp of around 21F, I couldn't not get any sound for my whole drive to work. Powering off the infotainment didn't help, and switching sources back and fourth didn't help either. I still have volume control of everything (shows on the display), but I just have no sound actually coming out from parking sensors, voice command, or radio/Bluetooth.
I've read a few reports that people say they have experienced similar issues with the H-K system in the cold. Can anyone confirm that this is most likely just a climate issue, and that if there is an actual software update that addresses this and is worth paying for at the dealership?
