Catalisator gone or just O2 sensors ?

Dear friends, tell me your opinion and experience please. I made 317.000 km and catalisator is old 13 years...used last years very bad petrol that they sell here in Serbia country and last months Shell opened and i fill only VPSR V power super race 98 as they dont have 100 Octanes like in Austria Slovenia ect...

Last 2 years orange triangle lamp and engine pop out.

I reset with instrument and after long drive pop again.

Mechanic check also with Vida and say Catalysator...

Now tell me is maybe only O2 sensors front or rear to change or to buy new catalysator and sleep well?

Car on technical check for exhaust gases pass without problem not even near limits ect.

What you suggest? Thanks in advance for answers.
Here is photo and when i cancel also

      ECM 400 C
p.s. dont worry about other as i have tuning software chip changed this work years well from 2013.

Other dtc i deleted and solved small oxidation on connectors.

Fault section from VIDA for this code-

284: ECM-400C Three-way catalytic converter (TWC) efficiency, bank 1. Signal too high, B5254T2
      Check the components and wiring
Check the intake system for air leakage.
Check the exhaust system for air leakage.
      Check fuel and residual pressure.
Check the compression of the engine.
Note! Try a new heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) if the above fault-tracing does not remedy the fault.

I apparently replaced both O2 sensors on the 5 cylinder in 2012 per my maintenance records, cannot recall what code was thrown to prompt this and think I did both since I was doing one. There is a mention for damaged cat in the code definition but for troubleshooting it is not noted.

      Thanks.

      Will check one by one.

Pcv done all and clean very clearly.

Than will replace both O2 sensors and report.

      Thanks.

Maybe i have clue...after engine exhaust there is metal flexible net around exhaust tube...maybe this can be broken or leak...will check. Thanks.

      One question again.

      As my vacuum pump burned and Im waiting a new one can this can be reason that this error pop out as i found here on posts that this can cause such a error;

"Vacuum leaks either intake or exhaust" can be reason.

As vacuum pump work for brake assist...is also connected to vacuum intake hoses...can this be reason?

Air leak at the flex pipes would be the more reason. It would be introducing oxygen that shouldn’t be there. At the age and mileage of yours, I would inspect those well.

Ok you mean first flexible part of exhaust. This one. If this is broken I will
change complete exhaust pipe with catalisator its time...

      SOLVED !!!

Not even O2 sensors or Catalysator was fault but bad petrol that i use here in Serbia. Grrrrrr.

I test now driving to Slovenia and put 95 and even 100 octan high quality controlled petrol and reset few times all sensors error and catalysator Dtc.

With 2 full tanks first with bad quality crap they sell in Serbia country lamp and Dtc was ON.

Than i drive to red lamp tank almost empty reset all Dtc fill 95 Octan and drive 700 km stopped few times no problems.

Repeated with 100 Octanes fuel half tank no problemms.

Fuel is crap quality. I even used new Shell here obviously they fill from NIS bad petrol. Grrrrrr.

Im still driving over 600 km with good petrol and no Dtc or orange lamp or engine lamp on. Soon will finished this tank and will prove again with Serbian fuel.
Anyway both O2 sensors have 318000 km almost 13 1/2 year and in spring time we will put a new one. Catslysator can wait if this prove test confirmed isuee.

For fun, take a non-contact thermometer and measure the temperature before and after the CAT. That will give you a good baseline how well your cat is running. I'd also set a baseline like start up on 10*C day, drive 3km, return, measure temperatures.

Outlet of CAT should be much hotter vs the intake.

Ok after I consumed all 75 liters of high octane 100 fuel good quality and control filled in Slovenia now i put
local petrol 98 from Shell in Serbian town Novi Sad...I didn't made 2 km orange light
and engine light pop out - scanner say: Catalytic converter low bank bla bla.

Now is 100% prove that this crap petrol is reason. And I wanted to change both O2 sensors with new
and even catalytic converter new cost around 900 Euro...

As car will have in June 2020 - 14 years I plan to change catalytic converter and both O2 sensors
      but in spring time.

Just to show you that bad petrol can produce this DTC error.

With Slovenian petrol I made over 100 km more than with Serbian Shell. Tested many times
full tank max was to tap 84 liter enter.
