Question Changing out the Puddle Lights

Hello, I have a Volvo S60 2012. I made a thread about my brake lights and saying how I was converting every light to LED. I recently got the bulbs to change out all the dome lighting and the license plate lighting and the puddle lights. I was able to change all the lights to LED with no problem but I can't figure out how to remove the cover for the puddle lights on the mirrors. I couldn't find any videos either so if anyone knows how to get it off so I can replace it with LED, that would be great.

You'll find that in the thread dedicated to converting lights to LED.
      You basically:
Pry out the mirror glass, carefully, by hand.
Disconnect the wire for the heating element.
Remove the light and lense by using a screw driver to unclip it.
      Replace the bulb.
Assemble by reversing the steps above.

Do it on a warm day so the plastic is less brittle, you're less likely to break the tab that holds it in - if you do break a tab buy the replacement from FCP Euro so that when you break it next time the replacement is free

I have a 2017 S60 Inscription and am interested in having led lights. I found these on ebay.

      Has anyone done this successfully?

Others have purchased from China in the past with not much luck in terms of longevity, including myself. Some have recommended buying from Superbrights and getting quality bulbs. If I was to do it again, I would go for quality versus cheap.
