      2017 XC90 R design P* fully loaded

Hi guys, so the latest update on my story ( bought CPO 2016 xc90 t6 and have so many problems with it that now I am doing trade assist in my dealership) is that I finally found a great 2017 R Design P* with only 25k miles on it. Dealership let me test drive it until tomorrow.
Is there anything I should be aware of with that MY. I don’t want to learn the hard and expensive way like it’s happening now with my 2016 xc90 t6.

      Thank you!!!

I originally purchased a 2016 XC90 Inscription and has numerous software issues that Volvo could not resolve. After 9,000 miles and. countless attempts to correct, the dealer gave me a new 2017... and even swap; no money exchanged. I had almost no issues with the 2017: now with 40,000 miles. I smile every time I get behind the wheel.

      2017 XC90 R design P* fully loaded vs 2018 Momentum plus

Thank you so much for your input! Today I am test driving the 2018 momentum plus (no polestar but can add later) With only 9 k miles on it. By tomorrow will need to decide either it is 2017 R design P* with 26k miles on it OR 2018 Momentum plus with 9k miles on it.

What’s annoying is that 2017 R design has everything I want and need but while driving it I noticed buzz/vibration coming out of the front passenger side bowers and Wilkins speaker 😞 and now the hardest part is to see whether it’s fixable. I read a lot about it and I have my doubts. I don’t want to end up in the car that buzzes during certain songs. So will ask my tech today about that. What do you guys think?

Speaker buzz or vibration can always be fixed as long as dealer is willing to. There is tech journal on this I believe.

So, I pointed out things that were not satisfactory in this car and they said they will fix it and I can buy it in a couple of days when all is done. Fingers crossed the vibration goes away and I will have my dream car

Please let us know what fix they apply for the door speaker rattle. I’m experiencing the same problem with both my 2019 XC90’s which both have the B&W sound.
