Only started after I installed my est catted dp and cat back. Got the ecm400-c for twc signal too high along with that I got fuel pressure faulty. Donít remember the code since I erased it and never came back yet.... ordered a spacer for the rear o2 for the cat code. pump duty cycle at idle is between 50-52% and between 395-405kpa. It will rise to about 70% duty under full throttle and the pressure rises accordingly. Will double check on my way home tonight. Thereís absolutely no hiccups or misses. Car runs and drives fine and pulls as it should. Did have one no start a couple weeks ago. Started every time since. I do have the aeromotive pump from viva in the tank. I have emissions due and Iím not really sure if itís the pump or the pem is just finally pissed about it. The pump and pem are the same age. Replace both together. Was going to order the Bosch unit from fcp but trying to find out if thatís the actual problem. All the wiring seems good. Pem is in the trunk. I was also told when I bought the car 5+ years ago it had an ipd tune. I have not yet confirmed that and idk if that would make things difficult. Just wanted some guidance from some of the Volvo guys to see if Iím on the right track. Sorry for the long, all over the place post. Thank you in advanced.
Edit: fuel filter was also changed with the pump and pem. Also had to remove the pump a few times due to debris in the tank from initial job. dirt hides under the locking ring.
