Looks like I dont have alignment issues could be power steering.

Its probably an issue that I had when I recently bought the car but didnt show up until I had new tyres and a wheel alignment done.
Basically when turning and holding constant load on the steering wheel it feels like it wants to hunt.
However it also does it when the car is parked, engine running and a load on the steering wheel. With very little effort at all it feels like it is cycling on and off.

Have anyone seen and or know of a fix for this issue.

      Thanks.

So to be clear, sitting in a parking lot, you turn the wheel (but nowhere near the stops) and it feels like it's hunting / surging / bouncing?

Yeah pretty much. However it does require a little input from myself. If I move it a smidge either way it releases a little.....hard to explain but holding it steady in a sweeping corner it will do the same naturally as you make small corrections.

I had another alignment done by a different shop. Feels like its fixed. Just need to get on a decent road to confirm.
