Where to buy downpipe/exhaust for V70 XC

Hey everyone, decided to start a new thread since it seems like any answers to exhaust questions are pretty old and out of date.

The catalytic converter is toast on my 2000 XC so I need a new one. I was thinking of getting a universal one welded in, but the exhaust has already been welded and patched in a few spots by the previous owner, so I was thinking it might just be worth it to replace the whole thing. My questions come in because it seems like the amount of companies selling P80 exhausts is pretty slim, and the ones selling anything XC specific is even narrower.

I can't seem to find anyone selling an XC specific downpipe besides Rock Auto or the standard parts stores. I don't mind buying one from them, but I don't want something that will have fitment issues. I'm still new to this car, so I don't know what parts work across different models. For instance, would a V70 R downpipe work on an XC? Cat back I've found plenty of options, and I don't mind taking the plug out of the bumper and making my car have duals.

Anyone with an XC have experience sourcing an exhaust in the last few years? I don't have a state inspection so that doesn't have to pass, I'd just like to get the check engine light to turn off, and the car to run well. This is the last part of getting my car back to "stage 0", so I'm hoping to figure something out that works!

Check eBay they pop up every once in a while. I just sold one a few months back for $120

00 will be identifiable visually since it does not have an insane S bend in it. Same downpipe as 00 R and S70 awds.

Cool cool. Maybe I'll just try an o2 sensor spacer in the meantime to get the check engine light to turn off.

Thanks for the reply! This is exactly what I wanted to know. So essentially any 2000 AWD v70 variant uses the same downpipe?

Any recommendations for a non-performance oriented down pipe? I'm afraid going 3in is going to be too loud for what I'm keeping as a daily. I don't mind a little something, but I was thinking of doing a stock downpipe and then just doing something aftermarket for cat-back.

Do a DP but not a cat back. Gains but no noise instead the other way around

Gotcha. My other car has a 2.5in turbo back, so I don't need my daily to get my modded exhaust fix. Trying to keep this enjoyable for long highway drives.
