      Remote Start Issues

Remote start via the app has worked very well for me until recently. Now, while it does start, it turns off after one minute. I tried moving the timer in the app from five minutes to ten minutes, but the car still turns off after one. I am not sure if this is related to the "service required" message my car now has, as it is approaching 20k miles. Any thoughts or suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thanks so much.

What was the amount of fuel on your gas tank? , I believe there is minimum amount required to keep the engine running.
