Thoughts on using R134 with leak sealer

The S60 now has 140K on it and it has developed a slow leak.Just charged it yesterday and it took about 20oz. Last summer I charged it in May and needed another shot in August. It is leaking somewhere on the compressor.Don't know exactly where on it though. Using a blue light,I can see the florescent telltale green residue on top of the compressor.
So instead of replacing the comp,I am considering using 134 with sealant. Can I get some opinions on it please?

I would avoid it. It can mess up things far harder to replace than the compressor.

Please don't. Total waste of your money and likely to cost you more having to fix anything gummed up because of the foreign additive.
Just keep charging it and adding a small amount of AC oil to compensate for the leak until you can replace the compressor or whatever is leaking.

Yep, If its a comp, just getcha one from Erie if you want a good used one. Re-shim any used compressors before installing them. But I would stay away from the stop leaks as well.

My compressor is starting to get noisy, I can hear it cycle when idling. Not loud yet. I'll likely grab a lower mileage used one vs a new cheap aftermarket one.

Dont forget to re-shim the used one ya get before you put it back on...Soo many of these get replaced unnecessarily when all they need is a re-shim.

      NO!

Your AC system is a fixed orifice device. - a small hole that lets refrigerant expand and do its thing.
