Does anyone know where i can buy oem or 3m or bosch weather stripping for the windshield? Nothing seems to be coming up that is the right size.

Watching for an answer as well. My understanding is that they are discontinued.

Lots of topics on this, but they are basically NLA. I'm going to try this method:

Does the seal piece come off the trim? I was thinking of finding the correct or close enough profile and just glueing a new one on.

Yes, it is just glued in place.

This will fill the gap, although it's not the same profile:

I keep hearing that these are NLA but when I search for them they appear readily available. I actually just ordered the pair for my car. Went through no problem. My rubber is in a much worse state than OP and the clearcoat is peeling off the whole painted part along the roof.
Not cheap unfortunately. The shipping costs are almost as much as the two of them together.

I know the VR versions are much harder to find as far as i know. That's good that you can still get them new.

I have looked for Ti grey at a few places and they all seem to be out.

That's what I was thinking, I found some TPE U channel with a good variety of profiles.

they also have some possible silicone lip profiles that could work too.

Did this order actually process? I’ve found several times where a dealer parts store lists items, allows me to buy, then comes back a day or two later saying the item is not available.

Looks like it went through. I just got a shipping notification an hour ago. To be honest a part of me was hoping that it would turn out like you said, because dropping 450 bucks on two pieces of plastic is a little ridiculous. But I'll be glad once they're on the car I'm sure. The destroyed rubber along my windshield has bothered me since I bought the car.
I'm guessing the black sapphire versions are much easier to find than sonic blue or other rarer colors. You might be out of luck unfortunately.

this is ok but only good if your original channel is fully intact...

this is permanent and better than OEM.
