      2006 S40 T5 AWD M66 in Central TX

Gotta go, I bought another car. No sunroof, no leaks. 274k miles, uses one quart of 5W 30 every 1400 miles, no smoke no leaks no funny noises. Strong runner, everything works, reasonably clean, see pics below. Well maintained, Cali car, I'm the second owner. Timing belt (second one) done at 220k. AM exhaust, fun car, hate to see it go but I'm picking up the new toy tonight. $3400 seems fair.
More pics upon request, respond to: offroadwine at yahoo dot com for quickest answer.

Additional info: Clean title (of course), no major damage reported, no evidence of major repairs (I look for that kind of stuff for a living), I'm the second owner, I have a pile of records from new, comes with spare unprogrammed key (new in box), my name is Russ Baer, vehicle condition is "good" cosmetically, "excellent" mechanically, it's dark blue, and the VIN can be supplied by request should anyone wish to run a Carfax or Autochek on it. I'm 30 minutes from downtown Austin, in Dripping Springs.
All questions will be politely answered, and when it sells I will so indicate.
And if my wife was more comfortable with the fact that I'm known for accumulating cars, I'd keep it.

Someone looking to do a C30 AWD conversion should purchase this. You might also have luck cross posting this on C30 crew.

anyone looking to do an AWD conversion is going to look for a $500 junked car. $3400 is a lot of dough for a P1 with these miles.

Get a good look at it and you'd be hard pressed to believe the miles. Honestly, I just don't see it, and I'm a long-time professional car dork.
Just let me say this: If someone were to say "I'll give you $3400 if you'll bring it to me in the heart of California wine country", I'd get in it tomorrow morning and have nice trip, sell my car and drop in a some friends. Gee whiz Wally, I'd put my wife in it all by herself and feel totally confident she'd have a nice trip. So, maybe it's got a lot of miles, but you'd never know it if the odo didn't say so.
I actually did have a guy PM me from Facebook Marketplace, wanting to know if I knew where a "broken" one was. He has a nice looking C30 that he's wanting to do the AWD conversion to. I guess since this post is on the "AWD and FWD" for sale board, the C30 folks can see it..... seeing go as a parts car would hurt, but twenty bucks is twenty bucks.

SMDH. I looked really hard for a clean blue AWD M66 P1 Volvo only to find it a year later.

      This relly makes me sad.

      Free bump!

I get that, done the same thing. Okay, it's getting time to have to renew the registration ($78) and I don't want to do that. I did however run it through the safety inspection, good to go there. I blasted down to Galveston last weekend, great to be in while driving through the edges of a hurricane, glad for the nearly new BFGs in several inches of standing water at 80 mph. (Do not attempt this at home. Professional driver).
New price: $3000. I need it gone, the Mini is working great as my "office", and while I still like this car, it's either sell this one or the Miata, and I can't do that.
I might even be able to meet a buyer somewhere not too far away from Austin, say within a half day or so.
