      R bumper swap

My pops picked up an 05 s60r bumper from a junkyard. What do I need besides bumper brackets to replace my 07 V70 2.4 bumper? Part numbers would be extremely helpful! I’d have to paint match it as well, trying to gauge whether this project is worth pursuing

You need the R wagon internal support. Because the V is 1.5” longer than the S. That’s all that was required to swap a s60r bunper onto my v70 t5

Bumper supports are same between V70 and S60. V70 has longer frame rails. Either way it's irrelevant because that only applies to regular models. Rs use same bumpers and supports.

A strip of plastic that snaps in and out. Its very shallow on the V70r and somewhat thick on the s60r. Youll see it obviously on the center of the back side of the bumper running the entire length across.

You talking about the thin strip that goes behind the plastic cover? I was referring to the metal reinforcement.
