3D printed parts. Who has it and what?

Just finished my 3D printed grille. I wanted something else then the original one and what others have. So i designed my own. Scan was made with photogrammetry because i couldnt access the real 3D scanner at the moment.

I like how it turned out

What do you have?, and yes this thread is to show of my grille

Wow, I love this! Would you be willing to share the stl?

I’ve printed a really cool battery cover vent piece, I can grab pics. Also some rear diffuser fins, as well as an ECU spacer all courtesy of MyNameIdeasWereTaken. I personally have also 3D printed random body clips since they break over the years.

Nicely done! Have you considered making a matching honeycomb for the lower grill?

It's an elbow to replace the factory airbox. Includes the MAF flange.

      It's a bio-polymer from a company called BiG-REP. Look up their hi-temp material.

High temperature stability but doesn't require tons of heat to print. Does require heat treating, though.

So far has held up very well, even on 100F ambient days. Running one on both of my T6 engine vehicles.

This is cool. I appreciate the mention of the material. Also been looking to 3D print some engine parts and been looking for a good high temp material.

Trunk trim clip replacements, in the form of a hex head "bolt". Got tired of paying for the Volvo ones whose "wings" would snap off when removed half the time.

Thanks! Super easy to print, and the file is on Thingiverse in case anyone wants to print it in the future. I think I included the printer I used and all the settings on the Thingiverse site

I bought some leather shift and handbrake boots and they came with 3D printed clips. They are pretty flimsy; the handbrake one broke.

I was going to say how about making the base piece of the shift boot that clips into the waterfall console? I'd bet every manual P1 owner could use one.

I felt that the original armrest-cushion was kinda pointless. It was much too low and too far back. So I made a new version, raising it and moving it forward. So far I made this prototype in red PLA cause I thought it would maybe get soft in a hot car but surprisingly enough it doesn't. Going to print the final version in grey carbon petg tho.
