Expensive car to modify...but one cheap mod that comes to mind is a poly torque mount insert from Powerflex. I got their black “race” insert and it was not only one of my cheapest mods but also one of the more significant ones in terms of improving the way the car drives.

What did you do for the dead pedal? That's something I would never think about myself.

I used this since it matched the RDesign pedals.

Volvo puddle lights. There's one with the R-design/Polestar logo but I think you have to go to aliexpress for it.
      Wheel spacers.

Spacers are a good idea. I have a pair of 15mm spacers for sale in the classified section for $85. Normally they would run you maybe $140 with the bolts.

The photo with post #7 illustrates my main gripe about our V90. The brake and throttle are not only too close together (yeah, yeah, I know...we need to all be heel-and-toeing) but on the same plane. I frequently find myself simultaneously braking and cranking up the revs, and at times it has been minimally dangerous. Size 9 shoes, so it's not like I'm Bigfoot. Also, it's a problem I have never had before, during 70 years of driving everything from a '32 Ford--my first car--to Ferraris, Lamborghinis, every Porsche including the Carrera GT, and even a Veyron.

Curious, what benefit are the wheel spacers on a v60 R-Design?

Mainly just for the looks. It would look more aggressive.

Wheels flush with the fenders. Nothing worse than wheels that are set way in the fender. Volvo has been awful about this until recently with the SPA vehicles.

Installed the mud flaps and trunk cargo side nets. The nets are great as I keep all my small stuff in them so they don't roll around back there.

Definitely the cargo lights. At least in the V60, the right side/passenger side is already pre-wired, but just not installed. $12 shipped for the lights on ebay if you don't mind the wait for shipping from China, or about $19 from ipd and faster shipping. Perfect fit and really bright.

How did you add the RDesign Grill Badge? My 2016 XC60 RDesign does not include the badge, 2015.5 was the last model to include it. The grill doesn’t have a mounting point like the 2015.5 grill has. Just curious if the badge includes a mounting bracket or something to affix it to the existing grill.

The actual part from Volvo includes the mounting bracket for the grille (although both the bracket and badge have unique PNs, the parts come together; or at least they did for both of mine). There are numerous R-Design badges so careful about which will actually fit your grille.

It had 2 metal clips that press it to the grill. I reached my fingers through the grill to press them on. It was pretty easy.

Simply a matter of activating it with a VDASH configuration. Paid 40 euros when I did it, two years ago ?
But you need to go through the CEM cracking process first. Lots of threads on the subject.
