I am moving to San Francisco and have decided not to take my XC60. BART and two legs will be sufficient there.
I am the third owner - my parents bought it from an older couple in 2016 with 90k and recently passed it down to me (their name is on the title and they will be facilitating the sale). Since I had planned on keeping it for awhile I went ahead and did the drive belt assembly, water pump, transmission fluid (2nd time), brakes, rotors, oil, rear main seal, and fixed some little cosmetic issues. The only know issue is a weak connection for the parking sensors - they work most of the time but beep unexpectedly on occasion and sometimes the "park assist service required" message pops up.

The car has 182,456 miles on it, all highway back and forth to Austin. My parents were religious about oil changes and Mobil1, so oil burning has not been an issue (1qt. or less between changes - every 7500 miles). The second owners were Volvo loyalists who always had it serviced at the dealer, and originally it was a lease vehicle. It's been in 2 accidents, both rear end. They were both with the second owner over 6 years and 120k ago and repaired at Volvo-certified shops both times.
I can't stress enough how well-cared for this car has been - my parents don't play when it comes to maintenance and we have a great indie here in ATX.
I'm really just hoping to get $5k for it - after all the work I've put in recently to get it (virtually) to stage 0 I feel it's worth that. I put it a bit higher on craigslist to scare off tire kickers who don't know what they're looking at.
Let me know if you're interested!
